  Faculty of Electronics and Instrument engineering includes research divisions:

   of electronic devices and diagnostic methods for aircraft systems
   devices (ONIL-16) (ONIL-16 site);
   - research laboratory of microelectronics and
   technology of radio-electronic means (RL-39);
   - research laboratory of radio-electronic systems and
   the device (RL-43);
   - research laboratory "Photonics" (RL-96);
   - research laboratory analytical instruments and
   systems (RL-54);
   - scientific and educational center of nanotechnology;
   - scientific and educational center of biomedical technologies and systems;
   - science lab navigation receivers.
